TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Guests are required to comply with the Rules and Regulations as follows: -

1. Should Muslim guests who is travelling with another from a different gender, must adhere to the Syariah rules where ONLY mahram are allowed to stay.

2. Should there be an untruthful declaration on the mahram status, we will not hold responsible for any action taken towards the guests.

3. Deposit money is not refundable if cancellation is made less than 3 days from the date of booking.

4. Only Halal food and beverages are allowed to be brought into the house.

5. Liquor / alcohol / firearms/ explosives substances/ drugs (such as marijuana, cocaine) and other prohibited items by law are not allowed to be brought into the house.

6. No pets are allowed into the premises.

7. Please dispose all garbage/ waste into the provided baskets or bins.

8. Please ensure all cooking utensils (pot/plate/ cutlery and etc) are placed orderly after used.
Please do hang the wet towels or clothes at the provided cloth rack.

9. Please turn off the lights, fans, TV / Astro and air-cond when not in use.

10. Please do park your vehicle properly and not obstruct the traffic.

11. Avoid making noise at night due to iCheck Homestay is located in the residential area.

12. Pads and diapers are not allowed to be disposed into the toilet bowl. Please dispose it into the provided dustbin/ waste bin.

13. Do not leave any valuable items in the house. Please make sure the main door and grill/ gate are locked at anytime for safety purposes.

14. iCheck Homestay management shall not be liable for any losses or damage to property or personal injury, accident or negligence of the guest during their stay with iCheck Homestay.

15. Guest is encourages to report any damage/ unexpected events that occur to the iCheck Homestay Management.

16. Guest shall be charge for any damages due to their negligence or recklessness on the property of iCheck Homestay during their stay.

17. Guest is not allowed to take / rearrange the equipment / furniture provided in the premise without permission.

18. Provided bath towel is strictly prohibited to be used other than its prescribe function.

19. Please ensure you bring along all your belongings prior check out. Left items will be disposed.
