Policy

1. Please take good care of the apartment by not breaking anything and keep the apartment clean at all time.

2. Conserve energy by switching off the lights, air conditioners and electrical appliances when not in used.

3. No shoes in the house.

4. Please do not keep or permit to be kept any materials which may contravene any local ordinance, statute, regulation or by-law (e.g. drugs, firearms)

5. Please do not to use the apartment for any illegal or immoral purpose or dangerous trade

6. No smoking inside the condo.

7. No parties allowed and please keep the noise low at night after 10pm and do respect the neighbors.

8. No drunk drinking is allowed.

9. No pork allowed in the apartment. The kitchen is only for light cooking and should be cleaned after used.

10. Take the trash out daily and during check out. Refuge room is near the lifts/elevators
