** No Loud Music, Night, Party & Illegal Activities are allowed
** No shoes are allowed in the house
** Halal Food & drink only allowed
** Strictly NO SMOKING is allowed in the house

*** Please switch off all the electrical plugs (especially air-conditioning, TV, fans & water heater) when you are leaving the house.
*** Please observe the check in and check out times. Advance notice of any adjustment (extended hours for check-out are chargeable - only if possible).
*** Only two (2) units of covered & secured car-park space are ready for the guest. If you bring more than two cars, your other car can be parked at the uncovered ground floor parking (commercial parking & at your own risk).
*** Any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while staying in the house is at the guests' own risk.

***** This is a family-friendly condominium neighbourhood so again, NO loud music, alcohol, parties and illegal activities are allowed
