You'll love my place because of the comfy design and its suits for small groups of gathering.. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Weekdays - RM280 (Sunday - Thursday)
Weekends - RM300 (Friday - Saturday)

Policy

- No smoking
- No pets
- No parties or events
- No shoes in the house
- Clean up after kitchen usage.
- All rubbish are deposited in garbage bins & soiled dishes are cleaned.
- The Safe House must be locked at all times.
- Check in is after 2pm and checkout is before 12pm
- Parties and massive cooking are strictly not allow without host's permission.
- Linens or towels are lost or damaged will be fine.
- Do not simply move things and unit layout without host's consent.
- Do not make noise that will disturb neighborhood.
