Policy

1. Check-in from 2:30 pm and Check-out by 12 noon. Late Check-out may be considered subject to availability.

2. For bookings made via online, e-mail or phone, upon confirmation, guests are required to pay 50% a non-refundable deposit. All payments shall be made as per agreed via conversation with the host.

3. We do not have extra mattress or pillows.

4. We do not provide daily room housekeeping. Nonetheless, Guests are required to keep premise reasonably clean as and where it is.

5. Cooking facilities are available.

6. Pets are not allowed.

7. No Alcoholic beverages allowed.

8. STRICTLY, No carrying or consuming ILLICIT DRUGS within the premises.

9. Kejora Homestay is a non-smoking area, however, smokers are allowed to utilise the open area outside the premises.

10. We reserve the right to decline a booking or refuse entry to accommodate any person(s) or group who in our opinion, are not suitable to occupy our premises. In this case, no reason will need to be given and the contract shall be discharged without further liability on either party.

11. Kejora Homestay reserves the right to change or delete any of the info in this website whenever appropriate without any prior notice.

12. Guests are requested to take care of their own safety and security of their own belongings while staying at Kejora Homestay. The Host shall not be held responsible for any losses happening.
