PRIVATE BUNGALOW TERMS AND POLICY
Private pool (non-sharing)
BBQ facilities (rack or pit, skewer, grill, wire mesh). Guest can either bring their own charcoal or purchase from the housekeeper at RM 15 (3 kg).

Renting Villa for Function/Party
We appreciate your kind cooperation to inform us if guest wish to hold any function or party in open area, which include villa compound. This is to avoid complain from other guests or breach of A’famosa Resort rules.
Guests are advised to keep the common area or compound clean after their function or party. Cleaning fee will be charged if this is not adhered to.
Guest are advised to dispose and remove any leftover after function/party held within the villa compound/area which includes banner, stickers, balloon etc which does not belong to the villa into black deposable bags and place at garbage area.
All villa stay comes with a minimum RM 300 incidental deposit, payable upon check in refundable (post villa inspection) during check out. For more than 1 unit of villa booked, RM 300 incidental deposit is sufficient to cover up to 4 units of villas booked by same individual/company.
The deposit shall be refunded to guest upon check out, however if:
• There is any damages or missing items from the bungalow, deduction from the deposit for the replacements, repairs or surcharges will be made and the balance be refunded or
• If the condition of the unit is untidy with rubbish scatted everywhere, the housekeeper has the right to charge additional cost for extra cleaning services. Guests are requested to request for more rubbish bag, if need be to avoid the latter charges.
Reservation Cancellation/Change of Date
For confirmed reservation (with payment received), cancellation has to be made with more than 2 weeks’ notice from check in date, in which case the payment made will be refunded after deducting 10% as admin fee. For cancellation made with less than 2 weeks’ notice, no refund will be made.
On change of date, similarly a notice period of 2 weeks is required. The magnitude of refund is similar with cancellation.
Only one change of date is allowed, and depends on villa’s availability. Only one time date change is allowed, and new date scheduled must be within 6 months from the original check in date.
Guest is required to pay for the difference in rate, if the new date is of higher rate compares to the original rate. Similarly guest is required to pay only the balance if the new date has a lower rate.
Check in to Villa
Check in time is 3 pm and check out is 12 noon. Check in time will be extended to 4 pm for selected Super Peak festive season.
Early check in is possible, subject to availability of the villa. Guest who requires early check in to confirm a day prior to check in.
All check in is to be at the assigned villa(s). Guest has to make their way to the villa. Guest has to contact the housekeeper once they reach resort main entrance.
If the person placing the reservation is not the first to arrive, the guest who made the reservation must provide the name of guest who is arriving first, before they be allowed to enter the villa.
Housekeeper will meet guest at the villa for check in and guest is required to fill up a registration form. Please note identification may be required on case to case basis.
Full payment of remaining rent balance as well as RM 300 incidental deposit has to be made by cash during check in, without which, the housekeeper have the right to refuse entry to the guest.
We cannot accommodate to request to change the villa upon arrival, without any strong justification.
Staying In Villa
The bungalow can accommodate 8 pax (3 rooms), 12 pax (4 rooms) maximum per night.
Pets are strictly not allowed in the resort or bungalow.
Please make sure that no valuables are left in your room or bungalow. The bungalow owner and their suppliers shall not be responsible for any personal items misplaced or lost during or after your stay at the bungalow.
Guests especially those with children are requested to exercise extreme care when using the "Private Swimming Pool" (THERE IS NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY, AS SUCH CHILDREN'S SAFETY IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY).
The bungalow owner or their suppliers shall not be responsible or liable for any mishaps or accidents that may result from the use of the bungalow and its facilities.
Guests are strictly NOT ALLOWED to play with balloons or materials in the swimming pool or the vicinity of the swimming pool area.
Check out from Villa
Guest is to contact housekeeper once ready for check out.
Late check-out: Late check out of up to 2.00 pm is possible, again subject to availability. Extension beyond 2.00 pm will be charged RM 30 per hour up to 6.00 pm. After 6.00 pm full rate applies.
