Policy

1. FULL PAYMENT MUST settle on that day you check in.
2. Receipt will be given for every payment made.
3. Security deposit ONLY will be refund back thru bank in AFTER check out.
4. CHECK IN time is 2pm & CHECK OUT time is 12pm.
5. Additional surcharge applicable for late check in from/within 11pm to 11am & check out after 12pm.
6. Strictly NO PETS ALLOW in RELAXER HOMESTAY.
7. 50% refundable for one week hours advance cancellation.
8. NO REFUNDABLE for 48 hours and last minute cancellation.
9. Key missing, vandalism, item missing & dirtiness, each will be deduction from security deposit.
10. Slightly cook is allowed such as cook Instant Mee.
